How do I return or exchange an item?

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, EXCEPT PHOTOGRAHY. Photographs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as we print them specifically for you. If you have a return or exchange, please contact us.

How long will it take for my fine art photography to arrive?

Orders are specifically printed to your specifications on demand. Orders usually ship after three to five business days.

How long will it take for my Darley jewelry to arrive?

Because each of the Darley jewelry creations is handmade in the U.S.A. upon your order, your order will ship within two weeks.

I would like to send my order as a gift. Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes, you will be able to add a short gift message during checkout.

Is my Darley jewelry gift boxed?

Yes, each Darley order is gift boxed. Please feel free to add a short gift message upon checkout.

Can you ship internationally?

We currently only ship our products to destinations in the United States. Please check back in the future for changes to this policy. Please email us to let us know that you are interested in having us ship to an international location.
